Nivesh.Fund was born from a simple observation: Nepal's most ambitious entrepreneurs were constrained not by vision, but by fragmented access to the resources that turn ideas into industry-defining companies.
In 2025, as Nepal's digital economy began accelerating and regulatory frameworks evolved, we saw an unprecedented opportunity to build something different—an investment platform that didn't just deploy capital, but created ecosystems where startups could thrive.
Founded on the principles of Private Equity and Venture Capital, Nivesh.Fund represents a new approach to alternative investment in emerging markets.
